My Favorite Girls Vol. 2


These magnificent women make things happen and aren't afraid to be themselves.  Their sheer presence at any function makes you want to be close to them.


Left Photo- Lenita Y. Gipson is a Chicagoan and Hampton University Biological Science graduate.  She works tirelessly in Continence Care/Urologicals by day, fights obesity by night, and is always committed to volunteerism and helping to rebuild our village.


Center Photo- Gena Pemberton is from Edmonton , Canada, but now resides in the Tri-State area.  She is a Finance Professional by day...funny person 24-7 who is in the middle of a stand up comedian comeback. 


Right Photo- Koren Martin is originally from New Jersey. She is an Art Enthusiast & Culture Buff who loves to inspire youth to discover their possibilities by developing imagination and purpose.

My Favorite Girls Vol. 1


These gorgeous women have it going on.  They know where they are headed and you need an oxygen tank to keep up with them.


Left Photo Tasia Grant is an actress and has done at least a dozen commercials and her film and tv credits include roles in TylerPerry’s “Meet the Browns,”  “Single Moms Club,”  “Breaking Up Is Hard To Do, ” Lifetime’s “Army Wives,” and NBC’s “Revolution.”


Center Photo La’Tasha Lychell is a former Miss Hampton University, Blue Thunder, and Ebony Fire. She is a 1998 graduate in Mass Media and has a masters in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.


Right Photo Evelyn Dixon is a native of North Carolina and has been gifted to encourage others.  She speaks to people about the comfort of knowing God and how His plan for you is bigger than any obstacle.

Michelle Obama

The First Lady of the United States was raised on the South Side of Chicago.  She graduated from Princeton University and Harvard Law School. 

She is a lawyer and writer. She is a fashion icon, a role model to many women, and an advocate for poverty awareness, nutrition, and healthy eating.

She caught the attention of The Corporate Brother a few years ago.  This beauty has been in entertainment since she was a little girl.  She actually played a child standing in front of the ice cream truck in the movie Friday.  She has transitioned into more young adult roles including Stomp the Yard, Roll Bounce, Think like a Man, and most recently, Anchorman 2.  She is married to DeVon Franklin, executive of Columbia Pictures.

Lauryn Hill

The Corporate Brother has had a crush on this talented queen since the early 90s. She is multi-talented and a natural beauty.

It is still hard to believe that she has only released one solo album- The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. She was raised in

South Orange, NJ.  She has 6 kids, 5 with Rohan Marley the son of Bob Marley. The Corporate Brother prays she gets

her personal issues under control so she can get back to sharing her gifts with the world.

Born in New York City, this Actress/Director graduated from University of California, Berkley with a

degree in English and a degree in Drama from Yale University.  Her first name means "Art" in Swahili.

This gorgeous sister seems to get more beautiful over time. She seems to have grown out of that tough New York

City girl we saw in Love & Basketball to become a delicate sultry woman that any brother would love to call his lady.

Esperanza is a Jazz bassist, cellist, and singer. She was raised in Portland, OR to an African-American father and to a mother of

Welsh, Native American, and Hispanic Descent. She has won 3 Grammy awards including "best new artist."

The Corporate Brother is attracted to her because of her unique natural look and her talent.  

The Corporate Brother loves artists of all kind who share their talent with the world. No, she doesn't have

the thick behind and legs that a lot of brothers desire but internal beauty means a lot to The Corporate Brother.

 She was a military brat living in various places growing up.  She graduated from Georgtown University with a BA in English.  

She is married and working on her 5th studio album.  Her long toned legs have always appealed to The Corporate Brother.

Nia Long, 43 was born in Brooklyn, NY but raised in South Central Los Angeles.

A Natural Beauty that has played in the most meaningful and widely recognized black films 

in the past 2 decades. The Corporate Brother likes her in short or medium length hair.
